Fitness Marketing Machine Hosting & Data Plan -
- Your web hosting / software subscription amount is $99 per month. This will start at the same time the project does as all properties will live on their permanent server.
This includes the following software that will all work together seamlessly in concert:

- We estimate this project will be finished within 12 weeks of your onboarding call.
- If you are interested in the Automated Client Journey alone or in combination with the other products, then feel free to accept the proposal.
- To accept this proposal, please accept and sign this document.
- Please read through our Service Agreement below before doing so.
- You'll be redirected to a check-out page to choose your payment options. (Prepay 5% discount) or (3 monthly payments) There are simple check boxes so you can get invoiced the correct amount. Upon completion of that product, you will be redirected to a page to confirm your software / hosting subscription with a single click. This is for the $69 per month.
- Once we have received payment you'll be reached out to schedule your onboarding meeting. Give us a few days to reach out for this.

The following agreement is between Fitness Marketing Machine and a representative of on
Terms & Conditions - General/Automations
Your project includes (3) 60 minute video call, with the Fitness Marketing Machine team. These calls will be scheduled by Fitness Marketing Machine and are designated as 'Onboarding Call', 'Copywriting Interview' and 'Project Delivery Call'. You may also schedule up to (3) 15 minute 'Stand-Up Meetings' at any point during the project. Requests for additional calls may require additional fees. Fitness Marketing Machine may request additional calls throughout the project that will not count towards your three complimentary calls.
Automation and web development are tedious and detailed processes.
Automation is a tedious and detailed process. Should you want to alter any aspects of your assets after your project is complete (including the names of any sheets, forms, programs, or documents), you will need to check with a representative of Fitness Marketing Machine in order to get approval and/or check if the modifications would require additional monetary compensation.
Fitness Marketing Machine agrees to complete the services outlined on your proposal under the condition that you have made payment for those services. Any additional ideas, automations, web pages, forms, messages or other services not stated on the proposal will require additional fees should you want to add them. Our hourly rate for additional work outside of the scope of the services on your proposal is $100/hour.
Your webhosting subscription is $69 per month. This starts the second the project does. All software has been listed in the pricing section of the proposal. This does cover any troubleshooting or support tickets for features promised by Fitness Marketing Machine (If you do something crazy that we never promised to deliver, you will be responsible for paying for the repair process).
Should Fitness Marketing Machine go out of business. We can transfer all automations and websites to your own platform at our rate of $100/hour*. You will also be responsible for paying all recurring fees associated with running your automations and websites, in addition to any fees for plugins or other software that were used to build your project. (Highly unlikely at this stage, but if I was you I'd want to know that I could still use all these amazing business systems if anything unforeseen took place.)
*This does not include our Online Training Tracker which will remain proprietary to FMM.
We desire to deliver the best service possible to you and your business and will employ all available resources to make your project a success. If you are not satisfied with the service we deliver, however, we do not offer refunds.
Your project is expected to be take 12 weeks to finish. The project timeline officially begins on the date of your 'Onboarding Call', typically scheduled within one week of making initial payment for our services. Your project will require mutual work and cooperation from both parties. Should you not complete the tasks we assign you in a timely manner, your project will run behind the allotted timeline.
Please understand that we are at the behest of the software we are using which will all have bugs from time to time. If you encounter any errors or issues, you will be able to submit a support ticket to https://fitnessmarketingmachine.formaloo.net/fmmsupport. If the issue was caused by the fault of Fitness Marketing Machine or a general software bug, the cost to fix the issue will be covered by your monthly data plan subscription. However, if the error occurred because of a change you made, you may be charged our hourly rate to fix the issues that you caused. Fitness Marketing Machine is committed to resolving errors as quickly as possible, regardless of the cause.
Even though this platform is built on a WordPress content management system, you may use the site as you please to install plugins of your own acquisition. This can break automations and cause conflicts and is not something we support at this time. These will nullify our service agreement as mentioned above.
You will soon be added to a private Discord channel for all communication. We ask that you please honor our request of not using direct messages with members of the FMM team. Should you need to discuss any sensitive content not appropriate for the dedicated Discord channel we would ask you to communicate via email.
Your Discord channel will be closed within 3 weeks of project completion and all issues must be sent to our support form.
Fitness Marketing Machine will create the following forms and or legal waivers: Health Questionnaire / Liability Waiver. You can create your own additional forms free of charge, but additional fees will be required if you wish Fitness Marketing Machine to set up additional forms or create automations linking to them.
Fitness Marketing Machine will create the following pages: About, Home, Contact, Shop, Blog, Product Page Template, Testimonials, Booking . You can create your own additional pages free of charge, but additional fees will be required if you wish Fitness Marketing Machine to set up additional pages for you.
Fitness Marketing Machine will transfer up to 8 blog post(s) to your website. You can create your own additional blog posts free of charge, but additional fees will be required if you wish Fitness Marketing Machine to create additional blogs for you.
Fitness Marketing Machine will create up to 2 popup(s). You can create your own additional popups free of charge, but additional fees will be required if you wish Fitness Marketing Machine to set up additional popups for you.
Fitness Marketing Machine will create up to 3 Employee(s) on Amelia. You can create your own additional Employees free of charge, but additional fees will be required if you wish Fitness Marketing Machine to set up additional Employees for you.
Fitness Marketing Machine will create up to 2 Service(s) on Amelia. You can create your own additional Services free of charge, but additional fees will be required if you wish Fitness Marketing Machine to set up additional Services for you.
If during the project planning phase you request a feature that requires a paid plugin, you will be required to pay for the plugin.
