Automated Client Journey
- When a customer makes a purchase in Shopify, they will get added to ActiveCampaign, Trainerize, and a Google sheet database.
- We will create a fully branded form that will deliver their program automatically. When a customer receives their product, they will simply go to the form and choose the date they would like their program to start. Our automation will immediately add their program to the app with the start date they selected.
- If a customer does not submit this form within a given time period, we will send them automated nudges via Trainerize and/or ActiveCampaign reminding them to start their program. We can set the time period to be different for UK customers and international customers.
- If someone submits the form but is not an existing customer, they will receive an email prompting them to purchase your product or enter a valid email.
- We will keep a google sheet that updates the status for each order so you can easily view what customers have finished the onboarding process.

- Fitness Marketing Machine Data Plan - $9/Month. This covers the cost to run your automations and troubleshoot any issues.
- ActiveCampaign - Starts at $9/month. However, we highly recommend the Plus plan which starts at $49/month. You can start a free trial here.
