The Scaling Made Simple Challenge is a 21-day program that helps you design and implement automated business systems to help you serve your clients better, make more money and spend less time doing so.
In a nutshell:
- 1We give you every piece of software you need to run your business outside of Trainerize.
- 2We guide you in setting up all the basic settings so everything you need for your unique needs is handled.
- 3We build all the hyper-complex automations you need to run your business like a boss!
We have served over 200 Trainerize health and fitness professionals and know exactly what it takes to scale your business.
All you'll need to do is commit to 21 minutes a day of dedicated time for 21 days to work "on" your business as opposed to "in" your business.
During that time you'll watch video tutorials and fill in worksheets that will be used to automate anything and everything that can be fully or partially automated.
*There are situations where you may not want to automate things due to the nature of your business. For example: You may want a notification if someone says they have an eating disorder on an intake form instead of automatically assigning them macros. Our program can help account for things like this.
You'll be placed in a private online group and have access to our Scaling Made Simple Course where you'll receive your step-by-step instructions for each day.
Even though I said that we will build your automations (because we will), you'll still need to dedicate 21 minutes a day for 21 days for the following activities:
