  • Please read the Storybrand Website Framework chapter in Donald Miller’s “Marketing Made Simple” book and complete the following questions prior to meeting with the copywriting team. These are meant to be for brainstorming so they don’t have to be fully fledged out ideas or copy. We’ll craft that later! For now, feel free to get creative and throw ideas down – good, bad, or indifferent.
  • Please detail out your ideal customer avatar here. Who is it that we’re speaking to? Who are they? What do they like? What do they dislike? What’re their pain points? Their desires? What’re the underlying feelings underneath their pain/desires?
  • What are a few headline ideas you have? Remember a headline details out what you do, who you serve, and how it benefits the client.
  • What will happen if your client doesn’t work with you? What are their pain points and how can we agitate them?
  • What are the 3 key elements to your offer and how do they benefit the customer? We’re positioning your product/service as the hero to the customer here.
  • How can you demonstrate empathy? (Think your story, how to relate, understanding) How can you demonstrate authority in helping clients solve their problem? (think your story, testimonials, accreditations, etc.)
  • What 3 steps does your client need to do to work with you and what’re the benefits of each step?
