I’ve spent the last year building AI systems for my own coaching business and for other coaches on Trainerize. Here’s what I keep seeing: almost everyone is figuring this out alone. One coach pastes a check-in into a chat box and gets a reply that could have been written for anyone. Another watches a few videos, tries a prompt, and quietly gives up when nothing sounds like them.
That’s the part that bothers me. The villain here isn’t AI. It’s generic AI. A chat box that knows nothing about your clients, your programs or your prices will always hand you a generic answer. Your own Claude, set up around your business, is a different thing entirely. It amplifies you. It sounds like you, because it works from your stuff.
Nobody should have to work that out by themselves. So I’m opening the FMM AI Community, and the first tier is free.
What’s in the free community
The free tier is called Redpill Access. In plain words, here’s what you get:
- Shared skills you can download and use today. The same skills I run in my own business, with more added as the community builds them.
- Forums where the FMM team answers your questions. Share your wins, get help with your setup, put in custom build requests, and talk through best practices with other coaches.
- The full Claude for Trainerize Coaches course. 9 modules, 24 short lessons, and a quiz after each one so you know it stuck.
- More Claude courses. How the community works, and the basics of Claude Code.
- Some fun. Pick your own Matrix-style nickname for posting, earn free goodies as you go, and collect badges that show what you know.
None of that costs anything. You just need to show up and start.
The plan, in three steps
The community is built around a simple path. You can stop at any step, and the free step is a complete thing on its own.
Step one: learn and get your bearings. That’s the free community. Take the course, download the skills, ask questions in the forums, and see what the coaches ahead of you are already doing with AI.
Step two: your own Claude, connected to your coaching data. This is the first paid tier, called Unplugged. Your Claude gets wired to your coaching data (Stripe and your client app), so when you ask about your clients or your revenue it answers from the real numbers instead of guessing.
Step three: your whole business built with you. That’s the top tier, called Zion. Your website, your client systems, your automations and the skills to run them, built alongside you. No overpriced developer, no assistant you have to manage.
Most coaches will start at step one and stay there a while. That’s the point. Learn first, plug in when you’re ready.
Why the name
The community page is called Free Your Mind, and that’s really the whole idea. Most coaches are stuck in a loop of check-ins, DMs and admin, and they assume that’s just what coaching is. It isn’t. The coaches using AI well are already moving faster, and they didn’t need a dev team or an assistant to get there. They needed an AI that knows their business, and a few people around them who had already done it.
That’s what this community is for.
