Who it’s for
Trainerize coaches who’d rather not piece it all together alone. You want client management, your website, CRM, booking and e-sign working together, with Claude set up to know your business.
What happens
We look at how your business runs today and where your time goes. I’ll tell you honestly whether Business-in-a-Box fits. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you what I’d do instead.

Questions coaches ask first
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can explain how you coach, you can do this. Claude Code takes about an evening to set up, and the videos walk you through it without the developer stuff.
Which Claude plan do I need?
A paid plan. The entry plan is plenty to start. Doing something big, like rebuilding your website? Bump it up for a month, then drop back down.
Will my coaching feel automated?
Not if you build it right. Claude does the prep work, and you approve anything a client sees.
What about my passwords and client data?
You choose which folders Claude can see. Passwords and API keys stay in a password manager and never get pasted into a chat. The series shows you exactly how.
