Here’s a question that sounds easy: who are your active clients right now?
If you coach on Trainerize, you probably can’t answer it from one place. The client list is in Trainerize. Whether they’ve paid is in Stripe. Their goals and injuries are in an intake form somewhere. The message about pausing for two weeks is in your inbox, or your DMs, or a voice note. You know the answer, but you’re holding it together in your head.
That works with eight clients. At thirty it starts to crack. Weekly check-ins used to eat my whole week for exactly this reason. Most of the time went into finding the information, not coaching from it.
One screen, built from your own data
So I built a client dashboard. It pulls your clients, your payments and your check-ins together and shows them on one screen. Here’s what’s on it:
- Visual pipelines. Onboarding from new client to first check-in, then active, renewal due, past due and ended. You see where every client is at a glance.
- A client roster that flags anyone falling behind, so you know who needs attention before they tell you.
- One check-in queue, with each client’s workouts, food, steps and weight from the week before, already laid out.
- Weekly reviews written from the numbers you pin. You pin what you want to talk about, draft the message from those pins, make it sound like you, and send it. A review takes a couple of minutes.
- A macro calculator, financials, and a scorecard for gyms and teams with more than one coach.
None of this is a new app you have to type into. It’s built from the data you already have.
Why your AI needs to read the same screen
This is the part I care about most. The dashboard isn’t a picture of your business. It’s built on a database of your business, and your Claude reads the same database.
That changes what you can ask. “Who are my active clients?” gets the right answer, the same one the dashboard shows, because it’s the same data. “Who hasn’t checked in for two weeks?” “Who’s past due?” “Who renews this month?” Same thing. Your AI stops being a chat box that guesses and starts being an assistant that knows your clients.
And because it was built with Claude, you change it by asking. Want a column for step count? A view that only shows clients on a cut? Ask, and it’s there. No developer, no ticket, no waiting.
I’m looking for a small group of testers
The dashboard works in my business. Now I want to see it work in yours.
I’m looking for coaches on Trainerize, with Pro or Studio accounts. Gyms and teams with more than one coach are welcome too. You get early access. I get your honest feedback on what works and what to fix.
Fill in the short form and I’ll tell you exactly what to do next, based on whether you have a Studio or a Pro account.
I can’t wait to see what you will build!
